Valentine Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup - Crisco
- 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 2 - Eggs
- 2 cups - Flour
- 1 tb sp - Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon - Salt
- 1 teaspoon - Baking Soda
- 1 tb sp - Vinegar
Method:
- Cream Crisco and sugar together.
- Add the eggs and beat it well.
- Sift flour, cocoa and salt together thrice.
- Fold in baking Soda dissolved in vinegar swiftly.
- Grease and flour the 2.9" layer pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for almost half an hour.
